- Early bookings: We offer an 10% discount for bookings made 1 month in advance.
- For big group: If your booking is for 10 people or more, you’ll receive a 15% discount.
- Low-season bookings: From May to September, which is considered the low tourist season in Vietnam, we delight our customers with a 15% discount on every booking. Please note, this offer cannot be combined with the early booking discount.
- For tour packages: If you package our cruise with additional services like hotel stays, Ninh Binh, Sapa tours, and more, you’ll get a 10% discount on the total booking amount.

Once you make a 50% deposit, we’ll email you a booking confirmation.

1. Passports
We need the following details for registration with the Halong government:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Expiry date of passport
Ensure the information is correct. Feel free to send photos of your passports instead.
2. Special requests
Also, let us know if:
- You have any food allergies or follow a special diet (e.g., vegan, vegetarian).
- You’re celebrating a special occasion (birthday, honeymoon, wedding anniversary).
3. Pick-up time
We’ll reach out again the day before your cruise to confirm your pick-up time.
4. Advised things to bring:
- Swimwear for kayaking and swimming
- Waterproof bag for smartphone
- Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses
- Flipflops & sneakers
- Passport (or a copy) / ID card / Citizen ID / Birth certificate (for people without IDcard)
Please don’t forget to bring all your luggage when you check-out. Sometimes our customers forget their belongings, and it’s difficult for us to return them because they’re leaving Vietnam soon.
